The University of Groningen spent the four weeks from 15 May to 15 June celebrating its 400th anniversary – a fantastic month brimming with small and larger-scale festivities.
On the occasion of its 400th anniversary, the university gave everyone a chance to pose questions to experts from the RUG.

As a pre-event for the 400th anniversary of the University of Groningen Aletta the Musical was performed in and around the Stadsschouwburg Groningen on Friday 7 March 2014.
A three-part lecture series on account of the medical questions that have been submitted to the RUG: physical discomforts, embarrassing afflictions, chronic or short-term illnesses and aging.
The University of Groningen invited all alumni to come for a ‘trip down memory lane’, in the weekend of 13 to 15 June 2014.
